  • In five seasons of coaching at Pace Academy, I helped student athletes achieve 22 Track and Field, State Championship Top-10 Finishes.
  • From History to Finance and Gender Studies to Statistics, I have taught and tutored a wide variety of subjects.
  • My publications and academic research focus on the educational value of athletic participation and student-athlete rights.

Preparation

In order to achieve your maximum potential, you must be efficient with time management. CSA coaches will help you effectively balance physical and mental training around your schedule. It begins with SMART goals and a plan but requires constant monitoring and reassessment to achieve success. Whatever your objectives are, the Complete Student-Athlete coaches will support you every step of the way.

Complete One-Week Plan

The weekly plan includes an individualized, one-week training plan, two cognitive and two physical training sessions guided by a CSA coach or tutor, as well as a nutrition consultation. The weekly plan is a great value for those not able to commit to the Complete-Student Athlete monthly package and still includes the detailed, interactive, training calendar that is customized for your goals. Your personal training calendar can also be downloaded to your smart watch or phone with reminders.

1hr Physical Training

Physical training includes endurance, strength, balance, power, agility, sport specific skill development and more. With this option, you choose what you want work on and a CSA Coach will guide you through an individualized, 1hr exercise routine targeting your needs.

1 hr Tutoring Session

You choose the topic, we provide the expert. Whether it’s help navigating online courses and staying organized or tutoring for molecular biology, CSA has a coach ready to provide the personalized instruction you need to succeed.

Nutrition Packages

Eating the right fuel is critical for maximizing cognitive and physical performance. Our nutrition expert will help you develop a personalized plan for success. Single consultations and monthly support packages are available.
