Injury Prevention Intervention
6 Injury Prevention Intervention sessions focused on strength, agility and form training with your friends! Schedule times and locations that are convenient for your group of 4-8 athletes over a three week period.
Every Session: Warm-up run, dynamic stretches, form training, efficiency exercises and injury prevention education.
Days 1 & 6: Form analysis focus and video recording for coach to analyze in slow motion and provide frame by frame comments.
Before Day 2: Personal form critique and feedback video files shared along with your custom improvement plan.
Days 2-5: Perfecting drills and exercises in a fun, team-oriented atmosphere.
Everyone is welcome and sessions will be tailored to your group’s goals and abilities!
